IDP currently negotiates with leading UK suppliers for many hundreds of hotels and nursing homes. We use the collective monthly spend to negotiate further discounts, review contracted pricing and benchmark these against similar service providers.
As IDP is not tied to a single supplier relationship, we work closely with a number of suppliers providing similar products, helping to create competition and ensuring that you will receive best price available, with the peace of mind that the IDP procurement team is working on your behalf.
We give you access to prices that only large purchaser could normally obtain.
As we do not charge a fee, to you there is nothing to lose and everything to gain. Our experienced auditors will undertake a comprehensive review of your current expenditure, pricing, and suppliers and provide you with a full management report. Only after you have had the opportunity to study the management report would we ask you to consider allowing IDP to represent you for bespoke tenders or offer you access to the IDP discounted pricing.
